I am trained in an Internal Family Systems (IFS) based Couples Therapy called IFIO (You can find their directory here) as well as Prepare-Enrich (you can learn more about this assessment here.) I truly enjoy walking with couples as they discover something new about themselves individually and as a couple.

I also offer IFS Intensives which are 3-hour sessions that allow us to deepen our work beyond what is possible in a traditional 60-minute session. They’re ideal for couples that feel 'stuck’ and are looking for ways to break patterns of behavior and move into new ways of being. Before each intensive, we’ll create a plan for our time together. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) in our time together. Book a consultation to plan our time together.

• For couples:

  • Couples Consultation is $75 to see if we are a good fit.

  • $300 for the initial 50-minute intake session plus $35 for the online Prepare Enrich Assessment

  • Additional fees are charged for specialized assessments, and therapist’s time to analyze assessment results and produce reports. These will be discussed with clients ahead of time.

  • $250 for following 50-minute sessions.

  • Packages of 8 sessions are available for $1800 (a $200 discount billed in 2 installments) 

  • Annual Couple plans are available $4500 (20 sessions/year billed monthly over 12 months @ a $500 discount)

  • Couple Intensives $675 per 3 hour block (plus $300 intake and $35 online Prepare Enrich Assessment for new clients)

  • Other offerings (fees negotiated): Wedding, Uncoupling Ceremony, Re-commitment ceremony, Vow Renewal, Child Custody Ceremony
