Thank you for your interest in exploring white identity through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS)!

This group will meet bi-weekly on Zoom for 10 weeks, from January 17 to May 23 9:00am - 12:00pm CST.

Trainers: Rev. Dr. Celeste Lebak CV, Andrea Nus, LMFT, and Jeremy Mohler, LCPC

*Prerequisite: Completion of IFS Level 1, Stepping Stones, Coaching for Self-Leadership or Self Capacities

Each large group session will include meditation/grounding/somatic connection, didactic content, small group and large group discussion, demos, and opportunities for consultation. You will also be supported in meeting as pairs between large group sessions for one hour, on your schedule.

We take seriously the responsibility to not offer this group in a vacuum of only white perspectives. We receive ongoing consultation with the BIPOC-led Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma (RJIOK), as well as IFS-informed BIPOC trainers.

Other relevant topics we will cover: Dominant white culture characteristics, the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity, power and Intersectionality, the cycle of violence, the social discipline window, legacy burdens, and cultural burdens

Suggested readings before joining group:

The fee is $1500 (or three payments of $525 by March 15). If we have more than 12 participants, scholarships will be made available for up to half of the cost of tuition. You will also have an opportunity to take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) for an additional fee ($150). Twenty percent of the total fees collected will go to Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma (RJIOK), a BIPOC-led restorative justice foundation.

*CEUs are not available at this time, but we are working on ICF and LMFT CEUs.
