Healing begins here. You have an unharmed core Self that can support and witness your part's past pain and bring them into the present moment. Understanding and experiencing your multiplicity is the first step to a fully integrated life full of creativity, compassion, and connectedness. Sessions are $150 and can be purchased in an 8 session package (with a pre and post assessment to track progress) at a $200 discount paid in two installments. I do not accept insurance at this time. Chronology
Mapping
8 x 60 minute sessions
In this package we examine your family system, biographical cycles, religious influence and (if you are interested astrological path). Together we will craft your own chronology and become conscious of patterns that unconsciously influence you so that you can have more choices. This deep dive helps you to become conscious of the cycles and seasons in your life so that you can respond instead of react and release what is not serving you. Coaching with Bio-Feedback
90 minutes
Let your body speak to you. These sessions involve coaching with the added layer of information of in the moment feedback and can be greatly enhanced by your own biofeedback meditation practice. I have partnered with Muse, a biofeedback company, to offer real-time EEG tracking and meditation support to let your body show you when you are in Self Energy. You can experience the Muse 2 in my sessions or purchase your own at a discount here. Sessions are longer to examine your data before you leave and personal reports are sent per session.

Mystical moments (whether drug enhanced or not) benefit from integration. Listening for the whispers of the eternal and the witnessing our I-Thou moments and synchronicities as path confirmation adds beauty, wonder, and import to our lives.
